Rentix provides managed IT support, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, web development and related services. The specific scope, deliverables and pricing of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or quotation.
Quotations are valid for the period stated within them. Fees are payable as agreed in the applicable proposal or contract. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT.
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access and cooperation necessary for us to deliver the services, and to use our services lawfully.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
All content on this website is the property of Rentix unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of work delivered under an engagement is governed by the relevant contract.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.
